If you decide to move forward, we begin with strategic positioning, then build your materials (resume, LinkedIn), develop your job search strategy, and I support you throughout: interview prep, tailored applications, salary negotiation, until you land the right role.

I don't guarantee specific outcomes because every job search is different and many factors are beyond our control. What I do guarantee: my full commitment to your success, strategic guidance informed by 18+ years of experience, and ongoing support until you accept an offer. If you're not seeing results, we'll diagnose what's blocking you and adjust strategy; I stay with you until we figure it out.

No. I prefer to have a conversation with you before writing anything. A questionnaire gives me basic information, but the strategic work of understanding what makes you distinctive, diagnosing what's blocking you, crafting positioning that's authentic to you, requires dialogue. How long will you work with me?

I support you throughout your search until you accept an offer; whether that takes 6 weeks or 6 months. The timeline varies based on your target role, market conditions, and how actively you're searching. I adapt as your situation evolves and don't stop until you've landed the right role.

How often will we meet?

​

Frequency depends on where you are in your search. Initially, we might meet weekly to develop strategy and materials. Once you're actively interviewing, we meet as needed; before interviews, when opportunities arise, during salary negotiations. You have direct access when urgent situations come up.

Will you help me prepare for job interviews?

​

Yes. Interview preparation is included in every engagement. We'll work on positioning your background confidently, handling tough questions (layoffs, gaps, career pivots, "why this role?"), demonstrating value clearly, and closing strong. I've written a book on interview preparation (When Can You Start?) and have 18+ years helping professionals prepare for high-stakes interviews.
